MICRO®- CREDENTIAL IN EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP
Micro® - Credentials in effective leadership is a course that helps people in furthering their leadership studies from a Christian perspective. This course is designed to help students who wish to be leaders but lack the academic credentials pursue suitable academic programs. This course is used for independent certification rather than academic certification. This course will help you understand what makes someone a good leader, as well as how to make better decisions as a leader, communicate effectively with your team, plan strategically as a leader, and lead with purpose. Along with other publications suggested by the Institute, Pst Dr. Avitus Leonard's textbook "THEY REIGN LAVISHLY BUT REMAIN DESPOTIC" is strongly advised.
Our courses are separated into three categories:
- CONVINCE - Believable and impactful
We want our students to be convinced of the importance of leadership in their lives. That is to say, after finishing, they will be ready to lead with conviction in their respective fields.
- CONNECT - Building trust and liberty
A lot of people study leadership but their knowledge never displays the realistically. As a result, it can be very difficult for someone to trust someone else when they don't trust themselves, and such individuals cannot be free. Therefore, trust and freedom are what enable people to work well under any leadership. As a result, our courses expose learners to knowledge that promotes freedom and trust.
- COLLABORATIVE - Being able to motivate and put forth audacious new ideas
Students who take our course become more effective and practical rather than mere information storage devices. Our classes inspire and prepare students to think creatively and to become solution-focused individuals in this field. Students will learn some crucial lessons that will enable them to be good leaders by avoiding blame games, hypocrisy, and other negative behaviors.

CHRIST - CHARACTER - COMPETENCE
Effective Leadership is a mixture of Christ, Character, and competence. That is to say, Christ is the source of our leadership, and Character breeds healthy followers. Your Character is your union card and also your Competence gives you a platform to exercise your character.
